This Privacy Policy explains how RBX Rewards Hub (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application (the “App”).
Important: RBX Rewards Hub is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. “Roblox” and “Robux” are trademarks of their respective owners.
Virtual Points & In-App Usage
RBX Rewards Hub uses virtual points or “RBX” as an in-app mechanic. These points are virtual, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for real currency, real Robux, or any external goods or services.
Virtual points are used only within the App to unlock mini-games, features, or in-app experiences, and are part of the entertainment experience.
1) Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information depending on how you use the App:
- Device & app data: device model, operating system version, language, app version, time zone, and basic diagnostics (such as crash logs and performance data).
- Usage data: features you use, actions you take in the app, and session information (for example, screens viewed).
- Approximate location (optional): we may infer approximate location from IP region or device settings for analytics or fraud prevention. We do not collect precise GPS location unless explicitly stated in the App and requested via system permission.
- Advertising data (if ads are enabled): advertising identifiers (such as Apple’s IDFA, if you allow tracking), and information related to ad interactions (impressions, clicks) to show and measure ads.
- User content (only if you submit it): information you choose to provide (for example, feedback messages).
2) How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide and maintain the App features (including rewards tracking, mini-games, or similar in-app functionality).
- Improve performance, fix bugs, and ensure the App works reliably.
- Measure and improve user experience (analytics and usage trends).
- Show ads and measure ad performance (when applicable).
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse, and protect the security of the App.
3) Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in these cases:
- Service providers that help us operate the App (hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support).
- Advertising partners (when ads are enabled) to serve and measure ads.
- Legal reasons if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
- Business transfers if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (you will be notified where required).
4) Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party SDKs (software development kits) for analytics, crash reporting, and/or advertising. These third parties may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Common examples (only applicable if you integrated them in your app):
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads
- Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics
You can review and manage permissions and tracking choices in your device settings (see Section 6).
5) Children’s Privacy
RBX Rewards Hub is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
6) Your Choices & Controls
- Tracking (IDFA): On iOS, if we show ads and request tracking permission, you can allow/deny it. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Permissions: You can enable/disable permissions (like notifications) in your device settings.
- Ads: If available in your region, you may see options to limit personalized ads through device settings.
7) Data Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. We take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify data when it is no longer needed.
8) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9) International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. We take steps to ensure appropriate protections where required by applicable law.
10) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Effective date” above and, where required, provide additional notice in the App.
